What we are looking for

Our market events embrace the diversity of small businesses, welcoming a broad spectrum of entrepreneurs. From skilled jewelry makers and trendy boutique owners to talented woodworkers, creative photographers, passionate authors, and gifted artists, we invite businesses of all kinds to be part of our vibrant community. Whether you're into crafting, selling unique products, or providing services there's a place for you at our events. Join us in creating a marketplace that celebrates the talents and offerings of all small businesses, making our events a showcase of diversity and creativity.

FAQs

  • We currently offer four different booth sizes: 10x10 - 10x20 - 10x30 - 10x40

  • Depending on size, the booth prices range from $230-$960

  • We do not require a registration fee, but once accepted you must pay your booth fee 60 days before the event.

  • We will be marketing the event using billboards, social media ads, and traditional local ads!

  • Deadlines vary by event but typically 30-60 days before the event.

  • We encourage any and all types of small businesses to apply!

  • Yes!

  • Vendor spaces are determined by first come first serve basis as we accept applications. We also take the category of vendor into consideration to ensure all varieties are spread evenly throughout the market. Please email us any special requests, and we will do our best to meet the needs of your setup. Emerson Exchange’s goal is to give our vendors the best opportunity for success while creating the ultimate shopping experience for customers.

  • Yes!

  • Yes, we will have a designated area for loading/unloading along will large roll-up doors.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless serious conditions force the event to be cancelled.

  • Alcohol is prohibited. All vendors must stay within their booth space for any and all marketing/sales.

  • Yes, vendors will have a designated parking lot for their vehicles and trailers that is included.

  • Wi-Fi is free, electricity is optional with a fee, and Emerson Exchange staff will be available to lend a hand with bathroom breaks and snacks!

  • All vendors will be notified via email no later than the day of application deadline whether they have been accepted or not.

  • Yes, vendors can email vendors@emersonexchangemarket.com with any additional questions.
